Customer Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2 out of 5 by performed well beneath expectations I was really excited about this product - I've heard many good things about the material as it was being designed and purchased this as soon as I heard it was stocked at the Columbia Maryland store (Men's Large). While the material drys as quickly as advertised and is certainly light enough, it failed the performance check. I thought I'd go for a 10 mile run in the shirt - it was about 80 degrees during the run. I didn't bother using any speed gel on my nipples as 10 miles doesn't normally cause chaffing however by mile 6 they were certainly starting to get chaffed, mile 7 was rather painful, and a bit bloody by mile 10. For $50 and the North Face name I expected a much better product. I would not recommend this product and will be looking into getting a refund. August 24, 2013
