Rated 1 out of 5 by roadrunner Bring back the old material I purchased these shorts to replace my old heatgear sonic long shorts. The new shorts are 84% polyester and 16% elastane. My older shorts were 87% nylon and 13% elastane. There is no comparison. The new shorts are thin, non-supportive, and hardly have any compression. Under Armor took a 5 star product and turned it into a basic boxer brief. Very Disappointed. I'm returning mine for a refund. December 8, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Mayhew No compression Nothing like the older compressions shorts. Love the old ones, took the new ones back. December 29, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by DavidChristopher Poor compression I was surprised by how little compression these shorts provide -- and I don't exactly have skinny legs. The waist is fine, so it's not the sizing that's the issue. I've gotten much better compression from other Under Armour shorts and from other, less expensive brands. The material also feels flimsy. These are probably great for light jogging and exercise, but not really helpful for more intense activities other than for wicking. December 5, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Compressionshorts Not good These aren't compression short.. They're are very thin and don't support or compress your legs. The new model isn't very good January 7, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Matt Excellent fit, looks great, comfortable materials. I bought several pairs of these in the navy and white and they fit excellent. Not too tight. I usually get a few sizes above and I'm usually a medium but here I went with XL as I like using these for underwear and don't want that compression feel too tight down there. I prefer the longer ones like these as they keep me warmer. Great materials and very comfortable. December 8, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wendy Exactly what was needed. I bought these for my son, who is on a rowing team. They are exactly what he needed and seem to hold up pretty well; some pulling of the fabric is already present after only a couple of weeks, but not unexpected given the use. May 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wrestler Very comfertable Great fit , don't ride up , waist band is of softer material that doesn't dig into the skin, this pair iWork's great with my wrestling uniform .... These are the words of my 15 year old who has two of these compression shorts and loves to wear them on a regular base. January 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Coach14 Girls/Ladies Version would be awesome Great product for a guy, but I bought these for my daughter, a 14 year old basketball player. Would love to see a line of performance gear made for girls/women and I don't mean itzy bitsy shorts or something that "looks" good. I mean real performance clothing designed for real female athletes. They are hard to find. Love the compression shorts but would love a pair that's anatomically correct. August 16, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by kamikazega Keepin' the boys out of trouble UnderArmour makes some of the best athletic products on the market. Nano-technology has created apparel which wicks away sweat and reduces odor. The wife likes the last part best.. These compression shorts reduce motion when used with a jock. After recent hernia surgery, the pre-op nurse said that compression shorts woul be essential. She was right. The UA product was a good value for the dollar especially when coupled with the high level of functionality. The red is just kinda fun. February 26, 2013
