Customer Service: A+++++ My 3 boys all run track. Getting everyone to the store at the same time to try on and purchase running shoes that they like is a chore! The sales associate helping us try on shoes did his best to size feet and help the boys find what they were looking for. Even so, my middle decided after his first track practice (outside) that his shoes were pinching his feet. I walked back into Dick's with the shoes, no receipt, no shoebox and little hope that they'd exchange the pair for a larger size. Because I made the purchase and used my Dick's card, the manager looked up my purchase and agreed to exchange them for a larger size even though the shoes had been worn outside. Thank you Dick's for offering such great customer service. We will be buying our track shoes here again! April 17, 2013

Great Running Shoes My son can run around in these all day long while jumping, climbing, running and walking. He's comfortable and happy. Plus his feet doesn't sweat since they breath really well. These shoes are a nice color combination (stylish) but once we put them on his feet they are really stand out. Plus they seem to compliment his outfits well. March 23, 2013
