Works great and lasts long I run regularly and got plantar fasciatis (sp?) several years ago. I started using these inserts in my running shoes and problem solved. I get about 900 miles to a pair of inserts. Work great! May 7, 2013
Meh... I bought these when I bought my Nike Air Max and started using them right away, but quickly found out that they weren't needed with such an awesome shoe. In fact, they took away the shoes comfort by making them more stiff. I have high arches and maybe with a less comfortable shoe, these would be good. Also... They're really too "jelly" and the part that is closest to your toes, just flops around and makes a very annoying feel. May 7, 2013

Best insole Can't beat this insole for my high arch, aching heel, jogging feet. Only place I can find them recommended these to many friends who have all had great success using them April 9, 2013
Gave me blisters The insoles felt great on my heels and relived a lot a pressure but I got quarter sized blisters on my inner heels at the top of the inserts. Used for walking on the treadmill 8 miles. March 25, 2013
