Slips Around
Product will slip around in your shoe. Using when Golfing and that could be the problem. To much Movement.

Good...when it stays in place
I use these in soccer turf shoes because my heel isn't quite secure enough in the shoe. Other inserts that extend through the arch or beyond make the entire shoe too tight, so I chose heel-only inserts. I thought they'd stay in place better than they do because of the gel material they're made from. The gel feels great, but it doesn't help with secure placement. It could be powder or dry dirt causing the gel to lose its tack, but some double sided tape or a thin layer of ShoeGoo might fix that.
I've used them in shoes with leather or similar insoles, and they work perfectly. But my turf shoes have a thin woven fabric, which makes it hard for the gel to adhere.

stopped my heal pain first time I used them for heal pain caused by heal spurs.
