Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing ride Excellent pair of blades. They turn on a dime and the shock absorbers make a world of a difference. They style is great too May 31, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Nice skates but inner boot is a joke Purchased these skates a while ago and found they ran a size small. I wear 11, 11.5 so i got 12's. The plastic boot has half an inch of room to spare but the inner lining is so snug it hurts after 20 mins. I figured they might break in but it just didn't happen. They're fast, maneuverable, good looking, but ridiculously painfully tight. Waste of $240 since i can't exchange them since they're "used"... April 29, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good skates Before these skates I used the original lightning for 25 years. I loved those skates and was looking for something similar to it. They had short base, small wheels, and were able to shift the two middle wheels down to rocker. These were the closest skates I could find. One major difference is that it does not have the rocker* option. I would have to go purchase smaller wheels, which I am planning to do.* For those of you not familiar with the rockers. It is an option where you make the first wheel and the last wheel smaller so that you have a very small turning radius. It makes you a lot more agile. Fit: I wear size 8 or 8.5 for street shoes but I bought size 9 because many reviewers said that they ran small. 9 fits perfectly for me. I probably could fit into 8.5s as well. There are still some space in the boots. I do have skinny feet and ankles.Comfort: It is not the most comfortable boots. I am still in the breaking in phase so it may improve, but as of now I have a spot that is creating a pressure on my left inner ankle. It's not too bad though. Performance: I am still getting used to not having a rocker but aside from that it is amazing. Very responsive due to hard shell and metal rails. Also very fast due to ABEC 7s. Overall: very nice skates. I am happy with the purchase. I can't wait to make them rocker! I also did install the brakes because I walk my dogs with them and it gives me more control of them. Rated 5 out of 5 by Very awesome!! Truly enjoying these blades! From an old semi pro skater these are very nice for the price. My only suggestion is getting one size bigger than you actually are. Other than that have fun! June 13, 2013
