they are bulky but it is a 5-52.5dumbell

i am new to using these but i have a freind that was a state weightlifting champ. i use the weights everyother day along with my nordic trac. giving my muscles time to relax before the next session. i do use the nordic trac everyday but on the off day from weights i use ity 25min on weight day i use it 20min.

I put it together the whole system and its very sturdy no cheap feel. I also feel like a monster when using the dumbbells cause its so fast to switch weight levels I can gain and gain.!

im 18 year old male and overall the bench suits me perfect for what i like to do and i only use my 90 pound bowflex dumbbells and it works PERFECTLY with this bench...its just [$] dollars and thats expensive for any weight lifting device PERIOD but definetly a must have with the dumbbells
