Rated 4 out of 5 by Nickname Most comfortable brand of shoes found
I am disabled due to 7 bad discs in my back and a spinal cord injury.I had to find the softest sole I could find to cushion the heel while walking. About 12 yrs ago after trying on every brand known to man I put the Saucony's on. Since then I have never looked at another brand. I still remember the first pair I bought and what I noticed after the first full day wearing them. That was "I didnt have to take them off as soon as I got home". I had not had shoes like that as far back as I can remember?
The only reason I deducted a star is because as one reviewer here stated the mesh is quite thin and tears very easy. Wife has a bad back too and bad feet so wife and I both wear them and both of us wear a hole in the big toe area. Always have the toe poke through in a couple months. They really need to use thicker mesh.
Also we both must order the next size up because they run smaller in size than other brands.
The most padded ones I ever found were the Triumphs.
Saucony's are a running shoe and have different angles of soles. You should go to their site and go to "Shoe Adviser" section to understand "Pronation" before buying them. This is the angle of your foot and how your feet hit the ground. Theres different angled soles on Saucony's and if you buy the wrong angle they will hurt your leg/thigh even back muscles from your body trying to adjust to them. Another reviewer here complained about leg pain and thats why. They didnt do their homework before ordering...Great shoes if you buy the correct ones. Absolutely terrible if you buy the wrong angled ones.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bobo Great support and comfort
I wore New Balance from 7th grade through a couple years past college graduation, and I finally decided to try something different. I picked up a pair of these Saucony Grid Cohesion 6 shoes at my local Dick's after trying on Brooks, Saucony, and New Balance. I cannot believe I didn't try this sooner! These are the best shoes I have ever had. The support is incredible, and the comfort is unreal. Keep in mind I have thin ankles, so maybe Saucony is better for slimmer legs. The cuff of the shoe perfectly fits my ankle all around, and the foot support is so good that I actually notice the lack of support when I take off my shoes and walk with bare feet at the end of the day. The only downside I can come up with is the tongue only has a single loop for laces, so it has a tendency to move to one side and stay there. Other than that, these shoes are excellent. They feel very light, too, compared to my recent New Balance shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by cojack Comfortable beyond my expectations!
I purchased these shoes to replace some Shox, which I now realize how accurate that name is because running in them my shins and feet were shocked! The comfort level in these shoes blew me away! I understand that they may not be the top of the line, but for running to stay fit and tone up, these shoes are leaps and bounds above the running shoe imposters.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Runner64 Poor Quality
I have used Saucony shoes before and have found them to be of good quality. The Grid Cohesion 6 that I bought developed a hole in the mesh where my big toe hits after only 2 months of use. The mesh is very thin and of poor quality. I would not recommend this shoe to anyone that runs.

I got the shoes very quickly after I ordered them with just the standard shipping. I was very pleased to feel them with comfort on my feet and even more pleased to know they can hold up to mile sixty miles a week running plan. They will get dirty and tinged fairly easily in dirt or wet weather but because I'm more for function than appearance I do not mind at all because they still get the job done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NickName has good cushion
I have been getting a lot of pain from walking a lot. I always bought Reebox. I heard Saucony has a lot of of cushion and padding. Very comfortable walking now. Cohesion 6 is a great sneaker for the cost. I will stick with Saucony from now on.
