Customer Reviews:

Merrell Men's Barefoot Run Ascend Glove Trail Running Shoes 3 5 1 1
Not worth the price My wife has a pair of these and loves them. It should be said that she is a barefoot type. I'm not a barefoot type and these shoes do not favor me well. They are lightweight and the quality seems good which remains to be seen, but the comfort is not what I hoped for. The left shoe has a glued seam on the instep that forces me to wear a low-cut sock. The right shoe is actually different from the left with a less pronounced inseam. Point is I don't think they are worth the $119 asking price. Thankfully I had a Dick's coupon and free shipping or I wouldn't have bought them. If you actually trail ran these you would have some serious blisters. Buy carefully and try them on first.
