Rated 1 out of 5áby mak2525 Kids toy pretending to be a camping trowel Purchased this at a Tampa mall store for digging the pilot hole for a beach umbrella sand grabber. I have been using an aluminum spade, but wanted to lighten the load. This is probably one of the worst products I have purchased. The tip broke off with the 2nd scoop of beach sand the first time I used it, so calling this a camping tool is a stretch. My niece's plastic toy shovel is better equipped for digging sand than this thing is. I know it's only 3 bucks, but I could have taped 3 dollar bills to a popsicle stick and had better results. Do yourself a favor and buy a metal spade - you'll be glad you spent the extra money! June 1, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5áby Sad Piece of junk Broke within 10 minutes of using it in soft loose soil. Now to start the fight for the "2 year warranty" May 31, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5áby Pete Very good purchase Works well, very light but strong. Nice for all around hiking or just in the garden. May 10, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5áby jnorth70 Yep, Digs Poopy Holes Bought this for digging 'cat' holes on the trail for when nature calls. Lightweight, sturdy enough for most soils, orange highlights make it easy to spot if you drop it. March 1, 2016
Rated 3 out of 5áby lester ok for light digging lightweight a plus but basically only good for softer dirt or sand area. Kept as a back up for smaller jobs to camp shovel which is much heavier to carry. February 3, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5áby storey08 IT BROKE The soil was soft where we were but when it came time to do its job, it broke in half. I guess it's to be expected since it's so cheap and light. August 27, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5áby Kln01 Great price terrible took The tip broke off right away. It's very cheap plastic and not worth the money. Get the folding stainless tool for just a few dollars more. August 11, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5áby Karen The handle pops open for storage It is a good trowel for burying waste. It is light and doesn't take up too much room. July 14, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5áby Ash222 poor quality Should have known better to buy a plastic shovel. Broke on the first use. Not worth it. June 30, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5áby Luke Broke upon first use The trowel is definitely lightweight. However, it is not durable enough to dig a hole in anything but relatively loose soil. The first time I tried to use it, the first two inches of blade just snapped off, making for a very inconvenient situation. June 3, 2015
