Rated 5 out of 5 by Mike D Great pole I love my field and stream inferno pole it's handled some big fish casts smooth and it's light July 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Big Guy Inferno 2-piece Spinning Rod offer great value 7 foot med rod with good memory and a quick action. Bought this rod for my son to handle big rainbow trout's on the Klamath lake in Oregon. The deep candy apple red makes for a great looking spin rod. July 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Andy L excellent Excellent rod for the money, it has very good balance, and it handles well July 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Buck61 Great bass rod Excellent action for the smallmouth bass we were catching all week. Also handled a couple nice pike. June 25, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by fishingpete field and stream inferno spinning rod I used to purchase the more expensive rods, but for the money this rod preforms very close to them for a lot less money. June 20, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Badlands9 I wouldn't use this rod. This rod feels very uncomfortable to hold. The grip is way too thin. The rod itself seems to be flimsy. June 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by hoag poor design, not well thought out. did they test this before putting on market? pole looked nice enough at store and they had it priced low if you bought a shimano reel. the first cast revealed problems with the line hanging up on the threads for the nut that holds the reel on. the threads stick out past the nut and right where you comfortably hold the line with your thumb when casting. this area should always be smooth so line can slip out from under your thumb. Rated 4 out of 5 by Fishermanjuice Good rod, good value It's a good rod at a good value. I paired it with a Shimano Ultralight reel. It could be made prettier, but it is well balanced, well balanced, and has caught me some fish. June 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by bucktailal "Decent Rod" I used this rod for the first time on a private lake in upstate NY this past weekend. I caught many bass up to 4 lbs on many different types of baits from rubber worms to crankbaits. The rod felt great, nice soft tip, great action, casted a mile. At one point even had a carp on, but spit the hook after a nice run. Not their top of the line rod, but it did the job. June 10, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Buck Nice rod for a fair price Nice light weight rod, good ergonomics, fished it 2 days last week. June 3, 2014
