I bought this ball for working out, but discovered that it also helps my back in this way.. Every morning I put it on the floor, then lay on it with my lower back directly on the ball. Then I just roll around on it, letting the ball massage my lower back muscles and spine. It works wonders for me as I get my day started.

I bought this ball because my forearms were getting small. Now when I watch TV I simply toss the ball from hand to hand. After two weeks I'm starting to see some definition. It even has me thinking about starting a workout routine.
