Tangles almost immediately
Can't use this for more than a minute without it tangling. I have spent more time untangling than skipping rope with it. Completely worthless.

Hardcore jump rope
My neighbor is a personal trainer and told me how good jump rope is amazing cardio. I bought this product to build my endurance and it was great and intense. Good jump rope and I really like it. It's also adjustable.
