Very helpful product
This is a wonderful product. I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis six months ago, and was told to include weight bearing exercises. This vest helps me a lot. I wear it every day for at least an hour around the house, when I walk, and mow the lawn. I've noticed my posture improving greatly. I now stand straight all the time. The weights are well proportioned, and puts pressure where it is needed, mainly my hips. The quality is outstanding. Is very durable. It will last me a lifetime. Only downfall is the weights cannot be removed, so if you're not able to carry around 10lbs you might look for a vest with removable weight option. I'm 51, 5'1" and 117lbs and this weight is not too much for me.
