Very sturdy to play tennis. So far looks good, feels good and good quality material. Wish the tongue of the shoes had an opening to thread the lace to hold in place, but there is an elastic strap inside to keep it in place. The sole does have good grip. I had one of these babolat shoes before, although the sole is made by Michelin rubber (I am guessing the same type as for car tires) it did wear off within 6 months on hard court. I hope this is a little better, but it looks the same type as my previous shoes. Only time will tell.

We play a lot of tennis and we have tried many different shoes. Acceptable brands have been Prince, Nike and K-Swiss. My son, a high school player, has had these for less than 2 months and they have holes through the rubber on both feet. We paid over $100 for these and are very disappointed in their quality. I wouldn't buy again...

My 2 young adult sons tried every "Tennis" shoe at Dick's. Both ended up choosing this shoe for comfort. Haven't had them long enough to know if they will withstand hard playing tennis as one son can go through a pair of shoes not made well in one month with the sides ripping out.
