Rated 5 out of 5áby Great item!! My wife loves her Columbia jacket. She said it is very warm and comfortable. She saw the one our daughter has and she wanted one. February 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Hibiscus Red Coat I purchased the Hibiscus Red based on the color depicted online. However when the coat arrived it is actually a coral color. Very pretty but not at all the color Dick's represented. I bought the coat for my daughter and she wanted to keep it anyway as she needed for a ski trip coming up soon. January 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5áby columiba women's simply snowy insulated jacket Ordered an xl and feels like a medium ...I usually take a lg this jacket runs small will need to return for the next size.. January 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Warm and comfy, nice looking The jacket is very warm, comfy and yet still nicely form fitted. I chose the green color, which I really like. I have received complements on the coat. The only complaint I have is that it's a little tight under the arms. It's become better as I've worn the coat but it makes it uncomfortable if you're wearing a heavy sweater. Other than that, it fits great. I'm 5 ft 3 in about 117 pds and I ordered a medium. Rated 5 out of 5áby Warmest jacket I've ever owned I bought this jacket after having another Columbia jacket for over 10 years that I'd outgrown. I tried on dozens of jackets on in store but never found one I liked. I ordered this one online after reading the great reviews about how warm it was I was sold and the color is gorgeous! (emerald green) I get lots of compliments on it. It's the warmest jacket I've ever owned. I'm very satisfied with it. I hope to get 10 years out of this one too. In last weeks 9 degree day I was toasty :-) January 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Perfect coat for Minnesota winter This coat is very warm and so far seems very durable. I love it! January 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Luv it !! Bought this for the cold nights in missouri and it's been keeping me warm January 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5áby Love the warmth. I love this Columbia coat. The weather is no match for the warmth and protection it provides. Would highly recommend. January 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby Nice-looking jacket This was a warm and attractive jacket, with a smoothly working zipper, and in a very nice shade of emerald green. I'm 5'6" and 125 lbs. and typically wear a size Medium in most jackets or coats. This jacket in Medium, however, was much too snug around the armholes and upper sleeves, so I returned it. The return process was easy and trouble-free, and I appreciated the postage-paid return label that was provided by Dick's Sporting Goods. January 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5áby It has its Good points and Bad points. First of all, it's VERY warm for what little thickness it has! That's awesome. However, I ordered the Red Hibiscus thinking it would be a little more orange and it's not. It's kind of an odd color, really. Very bold. I wanted to return it for the green and in a size larger (the coat is trim/form fit), but I really need a coat right now and I can't wait that long to swap it out via online/UPS (my local stores have none in stock) and it appears there are no more of my desired size in Emerald Green anyways. I really like that it has the extra wrist part (feels like Under Armour type material), to keep snow and air out of your sleeves, but I'm really sad they don't have thumb holes in them. (Why are there no thumb holes in them??!) Luckily, I'm good at sewing and am going to put my own reinforced thumb holes in them, it'd just be nice if they already came that way!! The coat is actually pretty short, the online picture is kind of deceiving in that aspect. I wish it were about 3-4 inches longer, I'm 5'6 and it comes down to the bottom of my belt. If I lift my arms up, my back shows, and then I get a blast of cold air up there. I was hoping a size larger might also give it a bit more length too, but that is no longer an option, so short coat it is, for me. One last point, it's a good AND bad point all in one: The neck portion of the coat goes up REALLY far. My whole chin is covered by it, even when it is not zipped up past my collarbone. I'm hoping the zipper/collar will loosen up a bit so I can fold it down and actually have it stay that way, which it will not as of now, it just pops right back up. It's good in a way though, because when you DO want it up, it offers a really good coverage of that area and does a great job keeping your neck and chin warm. It also helps the hood to stay up. Just wish maybe there were some snaps to snap the collar down when I DON'T want it up. Again, I'll just have to do that myself, maybe a few tiny buttons or something. This would be another great feature for them to add (if they even read these things!!!!). All-in-all, for $100 it's a good warm coat. There are several things that I wish were different, but I'd still recommend it on account of the 200g insulation and its waterproofness (yeah, I make up words :p). They make it a great bargain for this price point. January 16, 2014
