Rated 1 out of 5 by marban this models has design problem This models has DESIGN PROBLEM. First off, the left frame is mounted off-center, to the left (to the outside). This, during skating, will make your left foot twist to the inside. After I skated 30 min on a bike path my foot hurt quite a bit (I skated on this path for much longer distance [1.5 hours], many times, with my old Rollerblades, and it was always OK). After looking at the wheel frame mounting to the boot (left), I noticed, that it is already off-center, shifted, as much as it can be done, to the right (to move the frame more to the center of the boot). But, even with this shift, it is NOT ENOUGH for the wheel frame to be n the center. The right skate is OK -- the frame is in the center line of the foot. The second issue; wrong sizing; the typical sizing (for US 8) is US 8, EU 41, cm (Mondo Point) 26. This is typical of roller-skates, and that how, it is listed even on Roller Derby size chart. The skates, which I received, have sizing, posted on the box: US - 8, EU 42, cm 27. This, if you take EU, and cm sized as correct, it is US size 9 (NOT 8 as it is labeled). And this EU sizing seems CORRECT -- the boots are bigger, than my old Rollerblades size 8. (the Rollerblades are US size 8, EU 41, cm 26. The third problem, Roller Derby boots have 4 laces loops (Rollerblades have 5, K2's have 6). Because of that, Roller Derby does NOT hold your foot well, as the ankle level (as Rollerblades or K2's), and my foot had hurt. In my opinion, all this is not a problem of this particular pair of skates, Rather, this particular model of Roller Derby skates has a DESIGN problem, and I would recommend fro Dicks Sports to return all these skates to the manufacturer.
