Rated 1 out of 5 by DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY My back yard is conservation land. I bought this to hopefully capture some wildlife pics. Not sure what actually triggers this camera to take a pic, but when it decides to, I get nothing but backyard. I was doing yard work two days ago in front of the camera. Do you think I had any pics of me working -- NOT. This is a piece of junk. I need to dig up my receipt and return it to Dick's. April 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by this is a good product very pleased with the quality of the day time picture, but the night doesn't seem as clear as I would like! overall I am satisfied with this camera. Was very satisfied with the service and curtesy with the employees of your store in Dothan Alabama! I will continue to shop at your store when I need hunting and fishing supplies!! one more thing ROLL TIDE!!! January 21, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Moultrie D5 trail camera I bought 3 Moultrie D5 trail cameras for my farm, and all of them take Crystal clear pictures. In the day and night, and in heavy snow and rain. I have over 2000 photos from this year alone of Deer, coyote, fox, and more.. And I haven't had any problems, very easy to use. I would recommend it to a friend. January 17, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Moultrie D5 Not bad if you catch it on sale. I was expecting more for the price of these things. January 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Value for a Great camera I got one of these for Christmas. I was gonna buy this exact camera luckily I got it for Christimas. Got it out and got pictures the first day! Good quality pictures. My only complaint is the fastening strap is not a bungie its just a clip and strap. It sill works really well though! January 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worked great for 2 days, then stopped taking night shots This camera worked great for 2 days and took awesome photos, it was clear both day and night. I was really happy with it, and then suddenly it stopped taking night shots, nothing on the screen but black. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this product. December 30, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by takes blank pics all day set up in two spots in the woods and have 120 pics with just woods on them December 29, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Camera I just purchased this camera 2 weeks ago and have had it in use ever since. Taking mainly night pics and video right now. Night pics are a bit grainy, but images are still good. Night video is also a little grainy, but again, you can clearly see all images. Flash range is good and doesn't scare the game. They look at it, but don't run and go back to what they are doing. Have only had one instance where it did not trigger with a deer right in front of the camera. With the temps being near and below zero that night, it appeared that the camera responded slowly to motion or programming. Brought it in for the day to warm up. Re-deployed it at sunset and it has been flawless. Daytime pics and video are very good. Battery life so far has been very good with cold winter temps. This is my first Moultrie. If it continues to perform well, it won't be my last! December 27, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by It's ok, but could be better. I bought it on sale, for $70, thinking that if this camera originally costs over $100, it cant be very bad. I have old 3 MP bushnell, so my comparison is based on that. Pros: Smaller in size. Nice camo look. Easy set up. Good detection distance. Good battery life. Cons: Very few functions. My older camera has temperature stamp, has options for the video length, and options for how many pictures you want to snap. This one doesn't have that. It's a simple video setting. VIdeos are 10 sec long. You can only change the time lapse between the videos. If it's on the picture, same thing. You can choose, high or low quality of the pictures, and the time lapse between the pictures. Quality is so so. I expected better since it is 5MP compared to my old one of 3MP, but I dont really see the difference. I gave it 3 stars since I am not that impressed, and I guess I expected more for a $100 camera; at least what I got 5 years ago, when I bought my first one for $80. I will recommend this camera, as long as you know these details about it. It still did the job, and took many videos and pictures of deer. December 26, 2013
