Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 96 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by A great purchase Recently, something was digging up my back yard. I looked into buying this type of camera to set up at night to try to capture a photo of whatever was the cause. It was easy to set up and within the first two nights, I had a photo of the culprit. This is, by far, a good investment, because now I know how to handle the problem. Also, as an avid hunter I can now use the camera for the upcoming season. Money well spent, in my opinion. October 3, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by not bad for the money bought this camera on sale not a bad camera easy to set up and use, good trigger speed and night photos but daytime pics are blury, guess thats the 5mp verses a higher mega pixel cam. August 15, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by will be buying another was looking for a trail camera for over a month couldn't decide on what i wanted...seen this camera at dicks on sale so i desided to pick it up, set up took literally 3 minuets....great night time pictures and decent day time pictures...during dusk and dawn the color pictures are alittle dark...but no big deal...overall i am purchasing another one of these this weekend September 11, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Better deals to there. First I saw the price of this camera, I thought WOW what a deal. Well put it out and I am disappointed !! For a 5 mp camera, the pictures look like a 2 mp camera, and there is a poor color absorption in the pictures. This was taking pics at great light, but still they came out a little bleached looking. If this was a 40$ camera I could understand, but it's not so back it goes..... August 12, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by It's ok, but could be better. I bought it on sale, for $70, thinking that if this camera originally costs over $100, it cant be very bad. I have old 3 MP bushnell, so my comparison is based on that. Pros: Smaller in size. Nice camo look. Easy set up. Good detection distance. Good battery life. Cons: Very few functions. My older camera has temperature stamp, has options for the video length, and options for how many pictures you want to snap. This one doesn't have that. It's a simple video setting. VIdeos are 10 sec long. You can only change the time lapse between the videos. If it's on the picture, same thing. You can choose, high or low quality of the pictures, and the time lapse between the pictures. Quality is so so. I expected better since it is 5MP compared to my old one of 3MP, but I dont really see the difference. I gave it 3 stars since I am not that impressed, and I guess I expected more for a $100 camera; at least what I got 5 years ago, when I bought my first one for $80. I will recommend this camera, as long as you know these details about it. It still did the job, and took many videos and pictures of deer. December 26, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy to use and good value So far based on recent use this product is in my opinion is a good value performance vs price for this reason I recently purchased my 2nd camera. November 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great camera for the money A lot of cameras cost a whole lot more but don't do more. Great value September 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Camera I just purchased this camera 2 weeks ago and have had it in use ever since. Taking mainly night pics and video right now. Night pics are a bit grainy, but images are still good. Night video is also a little grainy, but again, you can clearly see all images. Flash range is good and doesn't scare the game. They look at it, but don't run and go back to what they are doing. Have only had one instance where it did not trigger with a deer right in front of the camera. With the temps being near and below zero that night, it appeared that the camera responded slowly to motion or programming. Brought it in for the day to warm up. Re-deployed it at sunset and it has been flawless. Daytime pics and video are very good. Battery life so far has been very good with cold winter temps. This is my first Moultrie. If it continues to perform well, it won't be my last! December 27, 2013
