Rated 1 out of 5 by The product was bad We did not even get to use it because when we took it out of the box it was totally damaged December 4, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Uncomfortable and damaged during shipping Not exactly happy with this purchase. Seat is terrible. Definitely reccomend going to the store to try before you buy. Also the base of the bike was damaged in shipping. March 14, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointing Start I was disappointed by two things on this bike. The chain guard made a terrible noise when I first pedaled the bike and it got worse as I pedaled faster. It was rubbing. The screws holding the two-piece plastic guard in place were stripped and could be removed from the plastic with my fingers. I called customer service and let the person on the other end hear it. She said, "Wow. That isn't going to work. That would annoy me right away." Yep! So, I am waiting for a replacement part that I, of course, will have to install. Took the guard off for now and it pedals fine. May just leave it that way. Doesn't look nice, but at least it works...silently. Also, the seat is rock-freakin' hard! Terrible. Why even provide one? Why not keep your "seat" and just give out a voucher to go to a store and get an actual seat that doesn't cause one to feel like they just got off a horse after 8 hrs.?! The pole that the "seat" connects to would be a more comfortable ride! Had to get a gel cover, which didn't really work that well. So am going to have to go with an entirely new seat...with actual padding. Don't need blisters on my backside from a bike ride. Hello!? So, how much has this bike cost me, now? Nice "sale." On the plus side, it was easy to put together and gives a good work out (if yours is a silent ride and you can find a decent seat to replace the brick that came with it). Looked at a NordicTrak, as well. If I had it to do over, would have gone that route. Broken, loud and uncomfortable is how I would rate it, so far...after one week. We'll see how easy it is to install this chain guard...and if it will even work. December 30, 2013
