Rated 5 out of 5 by Patrick Great gloves (Indoor)
I've been playing indoor soccer for close to 3 years now, primarily as keeper. I've had Nike gloves, Adidas gloves, and a few other well known brands. I've never found a pair that I thought, "I should definitely buy these again." These gloves, however, have been my favorite pair by far. The gloves that I've purchased in the past have ranged from $35 through $100+.
I really like the spine feature in the fingers. It keeps your hands molded to the shape of the ball. The grip is fair as well as the padding. I play against college level players and haven't had any issues with my hands hurting from saving the ball. The wrist closures are what you would expect as well as the material.
As far as the seams splitting, I wear a 9 when my hands are sized for a 10. I do have splitting in the gloves, but on the top where it says "Umbro." This occurred after probably 10 games of play. Again, I play indoor so I see a LOT of shots every game. I attribute this to having a size lower than suggested and punching the ball so often.
I recommend this product for match play and will be buying these gloves again.

My son loves the goalie gloves. I'd but another pair if they were in stock so we could have a back-up pair!

Rated 5 out of 5 by thefosters Sticky and safe
These have really improved my son's game. Not only are they super-sticky, he is much less concerned about diving into the pack to smother the ball, because he knows his hands are completely protected.
And the "iron man" factor certainly doesn't hurt his confidence in goal either - he feels bionic in goal!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Droffem Worthless gloves quality does not exist
Purchased for my 12 year old son. He wore them for two practices and the seems blew out. I would not take these gloves if they were free. Not sure i would take them if I was paid. Move on many better choices out there.

They ripped within the second week by the knuckles and the elastic at the wrist

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dek Ripped 2 weeks into use
After 2 weeks, the gloves ripped at the wrist and padding already worn. Not worth any money but Dick's did take them back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by suzyq Worst goalie gloves I have ever purchased!
My son has been using these gloves for 3 weeks and they are literally falling apart. The stitching came undone, the material, foam like is breaking off in little pieces. I would NOT recommend these gloves!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Soccer Mom Single stitching fell apart
The first time he used them in practice, the ONE stitch between the thumb and first finger completely opened up. There is no reason for this area not to have more reinforcement.

These gloves are garbage and you should NOT waste your money by purchasing these. The protection part on the fingers completely fell apart in my first week of practice. I can't believe Dick's would sell such a poor quality product line, very disappointing!

a week after buying my son these gloves they are falling apart. We can not buy him new ones due to the cost and do not live close enough to a store to just swing by and exchange them.
