I used this mat one day under my treadmill and the mat is already worn. Very thin quality for a heavy treadmill. Good thing I have carpet because a few more uses looks like the treadmill will be going through the mat and onto my carpet. I recommend spending a few more dollars for a sturdy (thicker) mat if you have a floor you won't want to scratch... otherwise it works great for me.
