Customer Reviews:

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 46 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by For $200 it's great! My game had improved to the point where I could see a rangefinder would help my score. Before this I used a phone app,Skydroid, which for $2 was very helpful.I wanted a unit that was no more than $200 even if that meant it had no "bells or whistles". Only name brand in that category was this one. Reviews for it were favorable so I bought it. I thought it was great and I asked my brother in law to try it since he's had a rangefinder for years. He looked through it a couple times and said,"Order me one. I'll write you a check." The only negative I would offer and I don't know how this applies to other brands,if the light is low, like maybe just light enough to play another 20 minutes at end of day,it won't give a reading. I've got no excuse now for missing a pin other than my own incompetence!! LOL August 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it I am very impressed with the ease of operation. I just wish I didn't have such shaky hands August 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A steal at this price Worked perfectly straight out of the box. I saw someone complain about the instructions. They are, insert battery, aim at target, push button. It doesn't have a stabilizer but that really only comes in to play 250+ yards out August 14, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by lacks stabilizer works fine except. it does not have a stablizer...trouble staying on target August 9, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by shipping took too long it took eleven days to receive this product -- that's too long. The instructions are cumbersome to use and carry around and there's no information about this product on the websites of either Nikon or Callaway. August 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Works great You don't need a "jolt". This product gives you perfect yardages and is at a great price point. August 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good for the price I traded up a cheap Bushnell for this one. Got it for $200 on sale at Dicks. Great price with free shipping and the ability to (store) return if I was disappointed. The included neoprene jacket slips on the device, but and offers some protection for the non-functional parts of the device (casing) while in use. You want to get a carry case (or camera lens case) to protect the optics end while in your bag/storage, etc.. The only flaw in what you get is that it does not come with a full case. (a large camera lens case is $6 on EBay). My Bushnell did not have nearest target measure and was not sensitive to background trees. The Callaway Nikon does. I was able to flash a flagstick with many background trees, etc. It works flawlessly. This rangefinder does exactly what is says it would do. I was very happy with my upgrade. I'll be keeping this for a long time. Buy with confidence. August 5, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by I am very pleased with the performance of the range finder so far. It is spot on, if I can keep my hands from shaking! Ha ha . The range finder works very well. The only problem I have is holding it still long enough to get an accurate reading. If you're not dead on with the flag you get the reading of what ever is behind it. It's a tough old haha. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Value Have used a few different GPS and Range Finders, including the the most popular $399 model. If Money is no object then pay your caddy to use the most expensive model with the slope feature. But for a + handicap golfer such as myself. This model is the best value on the market. I have a couple friends who still use an older Calllaway model with precise accuracy. I went to Pinehurst this past weekend with several of my golf buddy's I had the least expensive Range finder in the group and we all had the same distance. It don't have the jolt feature, but when you hit the flag stick it tells you the distance. What more do you want? I'm 56 years young, so I dont have the best eye sight or the most steady hand, and it works perfect for my game. If you have never used one then save yourself time, money and a few strokes, buy it while they are still in stock. You will not be sorry. July 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Does exactly what it is supposed to do It is easy to use, the size is not too big or small, it is easy to see the yardage, and does a good job of shooting anything I target. Some people said it is hard to target the pin with objects in the background, but I haven't had any problems. However, I am 25 and have steady hands. My friend that I golf with is 57. He was still was able to get the flag with trees behind it just took him two tries. July 23, 2014
