It took grass and sweat stains out of white cheerleaders' tops, skirts, unitards and sports bras.
All sparkly white again, and no odor. There was no stretching of the fibers or the elastics. They looked like new for every game. I'm now using this for golf shirts and all my lingerie, too. It really cleans with just one cap in one load.
