Rated 4 out of 5 by DougieDaddyJr Nice Red-Dot at a good price point... As with the selection of any rifle accessory, it all depends on what your needs are. I have a hi-point 4095TS carbine that I picked this up for. I wasn't going to spend a fortune, because the 4095 is not an expensive rifle to begin with. I just wanted something fairly accurate to have fun with. I looked at several other red dot sights that Dick's had (tru-glow, etc.#, and settled on this one. I would have liked the simple red dot reticle to be a little more sharp/small, but for the money I can?t complain. I looked at several sights at different stores that were $300-$500 that weren?t noticeably better. It wasn?t until I got into the $800+ range that I could see a big difference. But again, I?m not purchasing a $1200 Trijicon for an inexpensive rifle. ;-) After spending about half an adjusting the sight at the range, I was getting 4" groupings #free standing) at 50 yards. I am sure you could do better groups using a gun rest, but since I can never find a gun rest in the woods when I?m hunting, I don't use them at the range. All in all this is a very good value with decent accuracy for shooting with both eyes open. May 6, 2013
