Rated 2 out of 5 by Natalia Doesn't fit 3 people I had to return this tent since there is no way 3 people can comfortably fit in there. April 29, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by RC Inntorest 3 - This is a great deal! You just can't beat Eureka! tents. The name is recognized the world over, so you can be proud to display it anywhere you camp, and the Inntorest 3 just adds more merit to the already fine brand. Dicks is a great online retailer and they are letting these awesome tents go for a song while they last. I bought it for motorcycle camping. It is on the heavy side for backpacking, which means it should hold up better than your average ultralight tent for this purpose. In it's day, Eureka advertised it as a heavy duty tent for frequent use in cool, damp locations, and it does feel really sturdy and weatherproof. The aluminum poles are nice, the fabric is thick and sound, the zippers are the smoothest of any tent I have used to date, and the mesh is the expensive "no-see-um" type that even keeps out the tiniest critters. The seams are top notch. The colors are earthy and should look nice for years. There is a nice gear loft which often costs extra on similar tents. It is completely freestanding and easily movable in calm weather, or it can be staked out and will hold up to all but the strongest winds and driving rain. It has no sleeves to push the poles through, only clips, which make this one of the easiest tents you will ever pitch, It also packs to only 16" long, which means it will fit inside almost any piece of motorcycle luggage. Most tents this size are a good bit longer when packed. As with all 3 person tents, don't buy it for 3 people, but for 2 it fits a queen sized air mattress perfectly with a foot or so of room at your feet to store personal items inside. The twin doors make it simple to enter/exit without climbing over anyone and the double vestibules add a good deal of extra dry storage outside. For one person with a twin sized mattress it is a roomy, "Taj Mahal" tent with plenty of space for all of your stuff and a large pet. Because it is discontinued, there is no footprint available, but don't fret. Do-it-yourself tent footprint videos abound on the internet. I made a nice one for this tent in an hour. The only thing worth complaining about is the height. It is a bit shorter than most comparable tents, but you can't stand in any of them, so what's the point? You can however sit in the Inntorest 3 without touching the top, same as in any other comparable tent. And having a slightly lower profile does make it more wind resistant. Besides, there is a spreader pole which creates near vertical walls at the doors, which actually creates more sitting space than your average 3 person dome which may be slightly taller but only right in the middle. This is a great, long lasting tent at an even better price. Anybody looking for a tent along these lines should jump on this deal before it is too late. November 21, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by CVKealey Seems like a winner! I've only set this up in the yard to make sure there were no defects and it seems like a solidly-made tent. Materials seem a bit sturdier than my (~26 year old) Timberline 2 , so hopefully it holds up as well as that did. I finally had to retire that due to some bugs eating holes through the floor while in storage. While the floor space is almost the same (5'3"x7'2" for the Timberline 2 vs. 5'3"x7'6" for this tent), the spreader bar in the middle makes it feel much more spacious. For example, I don't need to be in the middle of the tent to sit up without my head hitting the roof. I really like the "gear loft" and overhead pockets, lots of small spaces to keep things organized. As much as I like the tent, the stakes are garbage, but that's to be expected. Lightweight aluminum rods that bend if the ground puts up any resistance. Two of them bent in the initial setup. I just ordered some of those fancy Y-shaped jobs from Amazon, so the cheap stock ones will go into the spare parts bin. Overall, I really like this tent, especially for the price. Others will say it's heavy for backpacking, and I can see their point, but I'm willing to carry the extra weight for something that'll hold up better over the long haul. November 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by ScoutDad Inntorest 3 Well made although floor is a little thin for my liking. Use a ground cloth or tarp under it and all should be well. Setup is intuitive, simple, and fast. Rainfly uses buckles as opposed to elastic hooks making it integral with the tent. Guy it properly and it is solid. We set it up the first time in the yard for a quick camp and with temps in the low 40's with 25-35 mph winds and we were warm. Sleeping bags with the correct rating helped. The tent stood solid with little noise from the wind. In fact other than hearing the wind howl we would have never known. Headroom is limited so plan on a sleeping mat and not a mattress. Got it on a special sale here at Dick's, almost 50% off making it impossible to pass up. I give it 9.5 out of 10 with my purchase price and the floor as the two weighted factors. November 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Rob Not for the cold Great product for 3 seasons. Just be mindful that once the temperature starts to drop the cold air will enter through the bottom of the rain fly and you'll be feeling the cold inside the tent. November 12, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by ronabby great tent sturdy tent, waterproof in the rain it did not leak on me durning a storm. the only thing I found wrong is eureka does not have a footprint made for this tent November 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Robinson6 Very Satisfied I purchased this tent to replace an older tent that was just was't cutting it anymore. As my sons are older and camping more with their Boy Scout Troop I needed to upgrade my equipment for the campouts. This tent has fit the bill. I was looking for a 3 person tent that would accommodate me and my personal gear and a second person if necessary. I am satisfied with the room it provides me and my gear and does allows for a second person. Adding a 3rd person would make it a bit tight. The tent was easy to put up and take down. I'm very satisfied with this tent. October 29, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Outdoorsmen Super easy!!! The Eureka! Inntorest 3 Person Tent Worked great for our over night adventure on the AT. Plenty of room inside plus with the vestibules to keep your backpacks outside major score! The wife and I had plenty of room plus with our two small dogs it worked out Great! We had some good winds come at us about 25mph gusts and a night low temperature that got down in the upper 40's tent kept us nice and warm and ventilation worked well. Super fast setup and take down!
