I can't comment on its comfort during a workout since it didn't fit correctly. This store is behind its competitors on offering a cross fit selection in the store display area. They have a bunch of cross trainers, but only a few actual cross fit shoes. The online ordering process is fine, but after two attempts at online purchases I went to another store with a better in store selection so I could try on the shoes without having to wait for the shipment only to have to return them and try again.

These shoes have good qualities, but there were two issues that made them uncomfortable for me.
1. They were a bit too snug around the front of my foot.
2. There is lateral stitching across the front of the shoe, and I could feel it pressing into my foot. It would be uncomfortable if I wore them for very long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JMart Great shoe!
Very comfortable and seem well made. Really light. They run a little smaller than I expected. But conform well to your foot. Excellent for crossfit

I've been wearing Nike Free's for a few years now and was hesitant to make the move to the Reebok Nano. I felt the Nano Speed would be a nice transition, seeing how I Crossfit 3-4 days a weel. I've been nothing but satisfied with these since I recieved them! Extremely comfortable, supportive, yet still light and flexible like I was used to in the Free. They're slightly narrow, but not enough to make me want to get another shoe. VERY happy with these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mr_csl Perfect for their purpose, but historically Reebok
I haven't had a pair of Reeboks in nearly 20 years. They were always narrow for my feet so used other brands instead. So here I am needing a pair of low profile cross trainers to do T25 and P90X. The UA and Nikes stressed my feet with the lateral movements. I tested these in the store with 5 other pairs from different brands and these were almost as good as the Nike TR 7.0 shoes. After 2 weeks working out 6 days a week, the shoes are great, BUT just like my last pair, these fit narrow. Lateral stability on the floor, on a bosu ball, and plyometrics are great. But mid to the rear of the foot, the shoe wears narrow.

Incredible. Best shoe I've ever bought. Best nano ever built. Durable, super comfortable, flat enough for lifting, soft enough for running. Order 1/2 size smaller than you normally do

I'm 47 and just bought them to replace a pair of Nikes that I had. I use them for Insanity. The zero drop is perfect for that kind of workout and the cushion is just enough to keep you from pounding your joints.

Great shoe for casual, or workout. Very comfortable and nice looking as well. I recommend it if you're getting started to workout or a veteran. Try it.

BE CAREFUL! these shoes should most likely be eased into by the majority of us. They are incredibly flat and provide little cushion. This is great for some peoples' running style, but certainly not everyone's.
That being said, they are surprisingly great lifters and fantastic for rope climbs. I will most likely be using these in lieu of a pair of lifters for WODs that include things like rope climbs, squats, or box jumps, but not for running. At least not for ME running.
