Rated 2 out of 5 by JC Better products out there I purchased the muddy outdoors stand because the brand that I owned previously was discontinued. To begin with, the stand came completely unassembled. It took about 40 minutes to assemble it, and some of the instructions were not very clear. Once assembled I found that with the seat down there was almost no room to stand. The platform was very small and the seat would have to be raised if you needed to stand up to take a shot comfortably; adding another step of movement and possibly noise when stealth is key. I returned the two muddy stands that I purchased after assembling and tree testing one of them. There are definitely better stands out there for the same price. I have since purchased two Hawk brand stands. They came almost completely assembled and are incredibly comfortable. A far better value at the same price. September 11, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by WhitetailfreakinME Sturdy,Light and Cheap! Got this on sale for 79.99 best hang on stand for the price! You do have to assemble it but if you have any common sense it will take you less than 10 minutes! Hanging is easy and once you have it in place it is very quiet and sturdy. I recently purchased the 149.99 Version with the footrest and bigger platform. I will never switch back from muddy lock on stands plus muddy sends out new straps every 3 years! October 27, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by dj cut a few corners could of included back pack straps and a cheap wrench to put together for the cost of stand. Solid stand. Quiet. Great strap system with double ended loops makes hanging this stand simple. Love the 2 strap system, which most stands dont include nowadays. Nice fat seat ! October 22, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by KentuckyTJ Review from 30+ years of hang on stand experience A problem with a lot of hang on stands is once they are hung if the platform is too wide in the back you must swing way out to get a foot into them from below. That is dangerous as most tree stand accidents take place getting into or out of the stand. This one is slim in the back preventing that dangerous situation. Couple that with an adjustable seat angle option this stand has, the easy to hang strap and the fact that it is dead quiet (no squeaks) and you have a great little stand for the value. Only negative is it had no back pack straps. September 10, 2013
