Wonderful product........ excellent price for what you get. Would recommend to any one needing to improve on hitting. The weight also adds to the strength of your throwing arm..

We use these balls during practice and prior to each game. Gives the kids quality reps, teaches them to drive through the ball. Wish we had them during coach pitch days!

I've been using these for close to a year now with good results with my 10yo. They have helped him considerably with power, contact, and follow through. Its also nice to practice FULL swings in small areas like our backyard, which would be impossible with a real baseball. Picked these up on Black Friday, as part of Dick's BOGO free. Best price I've seen, ever!

These balls are neat. I first saw these at a sports clinic with a high school coach practicing with his players. There are filled with a sand substance or similar and help you hit a baseball center on. You simply soft toss the ball from the batter's side area and let them swing away. If you don't hit this ball center on, it squibbles off ~1-2 feet. If you hit correctly and center on, then it goes about 6-12 feet so you still don't have to chase baseballs all over the diamond. Can easily be used in a small yard or even garage.

My son's travel team coach uses these. I noticed immediate improvement with my son finishing his swing and swinging through the ball. I picked up a set for home use and, while pricey, I think they are worth the money. They seem very durable.
Another benefit is you are not chasing balls all over the place and can practice in a confined space.

The heavy balls really help my son to learn to explode through the ball and to finish his swing. A week or so after working with the heavy balls he hit a ground rule double and others that were near. I. expect that he will hit his first home run soon with the way he is swinging now and the confidence he has at the plate.
