Roller and Rail Issues We have only had this machine 2 weeks and are very disappointed. The roller keeps coming off the track with minimal use. January 28, 2015
This product is not worth the cost It squeaks and the incline turns into a decline. Was disappointed in it. Sole customer services was very disappointing. They forgot to send out replacement and never followed up afterwards. January 27, 2015
Not great but not horrible Went to together pretty easy and worked great for a week. Then left arm began to come off the track. I called Sole and they said to use the lube that came with it, but no where in the directions does it say to lube the wheel or track. It is only a week old so only time will tell if it is really worth the money or not. January 27, 2015
Roller and Rail Issues Skip this Elliptical, nothing but issues with the roller coming off of the rail, Read reviews online not just dicks. Everyone has had issues with it. The only way that it'll stay on is if you go backwards...... Just trust this review and look elsewhere. We also ordered from the store, they said delivery time of 7 to 10 business days. Took much longer! January 25, 2015
Pedals consistently off track Extremely disappointed in equipment. Pedals would constantly fall off track despite minimal use. Would not recommend anyone wasting $1000 on this. January 24, 2015
Solid My research led me to this model mainly because I wanted a sturdy machine and most reviews credited the design for its construction. I assembledassembled it myself...not too difficult to dodo if you take your time. I weigh about 240 and it feels very stable and smooth. The speakers are not very good but I like the fan to keep a slight breeze on my . January 21, 2015
Well built, and I am using it every day! The construction seems sturdy, and the machine is operating very smoothly. I find the ergonomics to be perfect. I have small quibbles, but the overall experience I am having with it is very good, I would recommend. I don't use the preprogrammed features, like interval. I tried, but the programming and options are too awkward. So instead I simply run an app on my phone that times things for me. Also, the hand grip heart beat monitor works well, but seems to be consistently overestimating my pulse.... not a big deal, I understand that these things are often not quite accurate. The on/off switch is in an awkward spot, would have been much better if it was higher up on the machine January 17, 2015
Great home elliptical machine I bought this on sale after Christmas. The "Free Delivery" option was experiencing delays until late February, but we were able to bring it home ourselves. The assembly directions are a bit deceiving. There are only 4 steps listed in the directions, but each step requires many small pieces. The machine itself has worked well. It's very sturdy and quiet. The digital features are easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. January 15, 2015
Good elliptical The elliptical seemed to ride smoother in the store. I have been using an elliptical at the gym, when I first started using the Sole I had to put the incline to 15 and the resistance to 10 at least to feel that I was getting a good workout. I still need to mess with the programs more to set up custom workouts so I will see how that works. January 14, 2015
Elliptical I like my equipment and the sales clerk very much!. However, I paid $75 fee for delivery and set up. A very nice man worked very hard for almost an hour to set it up. When I asked him if he received the $75 he said no. He only got half. I don't think this is right. The store made money on the machine and this poor man who did all the work, delivery, lugging up the stairs, and set up got very little. I felt I needed to give an extra tip because of that.
