Customer Reviews:

Rated 5 out of 5áby 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5áby heart chest strap was not included The specs stated a chest strap monitor was included, but none came in the box. I called the Sole customer service, and they mailed me one right away. They were very nice. This product is VERY heavy. We live two stories above ground, and it took all of two strong adults' effort to get it in the house. It would be more wise to have two strong men at the heavy end and one or two at the lighter end......and this is only for the heavy base. The delivery guy had no way to get it upstairs. But at least shipping was free. It would be nice if they offered to deliver it into upstairs for a fee, because it would be worth it. I carried all the smaller parts upstairs separately. The specs say it weighs 265, but the shipper reported over 400 pounds. I believe the shipper, because I could not even budge the heavy end of the base. It came in over 40 parts. The support arms are heavy and have to be installed at an angle. I would recommend an extra person to help stabilize the bars while one inserts the screws. I did it myself, and it took about one hour and counted as a strength workout. I am a mechanically disadvantaged person, so believe me when I say easy. Assembly was pretty easy to understand. The only problem is the plastic cover that goes over the bottom of the right support bar pinches the power supply cord that runs from the upper console. I used a serrated knife to cut a notch out of the cover to run the cord past, because there was no place to divert the cord without pinching it. The instructions warned not to pinch the cord, so I think the company should add a notch to the cover as a work around. I used to train for and run marathons, at least nine miles a day year round, with running and fitness for over 25 years at lots of gyms and hotels, and this is the most sturdy and quietest treadmill I have ever used. It was pricy, but I got what I paid for, and I very highly recommend it if you want a treadmill to run on. February 5, 2014
