Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Mechanical Broadhead NAP Spitfires are the only broadhead I will shoot. They are accurate, provide excellent penetration & blades are easily replaced. November 14, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by I'm going back to RAGE or FIXED BLADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fair rating because it did kill one deer but lost my 7pt. I bought these after I trashed my rage over the past few years. Since I purchased my new setup a few years ago I have always had pass thru shots and never had a deer go more than 40yds. 7 deer I think. anyway by problem with these are that I shot a doe at 15yds and had pass thru but only two blades deployed upon inspection. The deer went 25 yrds and dropped after about two minutes of standing there trying to figure out what happened. Was happy with this result obviously but concerned about deployment of blades. Two days later different broadhead same type though and shot at deer at 15 yds again and the arrow went in about four inches had an awesome blood trail for about 80 yds and then arrow fell out and not a drop after. After looking at broadhead when lost blood trail to figure out what happened. One blade deployed and had hair and fat under in. The other two were still tucked in and had no signs of use. I am currently seeking a refund but threw away receipt of course! I don't have an issue with the broadheads design but I expect it to work properly. I tested all blades for deployment by hand and no sign of sticking but failed at contact points. November 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great head Very sharp blades, I like the trophy tip, great penetration, 4 pack is a plus November 13, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Product works great Hit deer at 25 yards and did its job well. Deer was totally incapacitated and went less than 50 feet. November 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pinpoint accuracy, extremely tough! I watched as a friend shot this head through a deer lengthwise! He made a good shot, but the deer whirled on the shot and the head broke two ribs going in, through the lung, liver, gut and broke the femur in several places, and exited the hindquarters. Now don't think this was a bad shot. It just proves how tough these heads really are! The cut was huge and all blades deployed fully. The blades were still sharp and tip in perfect shape. Just a little touch up and this head will be ready for the next victim! November 5, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Accurate with a capital "A" I have had my brand new bow worked on at a highly reputable and very professional shop. However, we still couldn't get cut on contact broadheads that I have used for 30 years tighter than 4 inch groups.I switched to these mechanicals for the first time ever and I am shooting 2 inch groups out to 40 yards.I haven't shot a deer with them yet, so I cannot attest to their sharpness...unless you count my old target that is now shredded to pieces from just a few shots with these things. I am sure there are plenty sharp. October 29, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantasyic broadhead I have used NAP products for 30 years. This year purchased a Headhunter crossbow package from Dick's. Also purchased Splitfire Maxx broadhead. Shot 8 pointer at 25yds, deer went 30yrds and dropped. Nasty chest shot with full deployment. They also shoot to same spot as field points. Just use these!!!!. October 24, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed These are a one shot and done broadheads. After that, the mechanical blades are dull and bent or broken. Also, I missed a deer and found the broadhead the next day all rusted, dull and bent. Just from landing gently in a corn field. Its $10 a shot with these, if you hit or miss your target...
