Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed Love the size and look of the tent. Bought for my son to use with scouting. Love that you can stand up in the tent. Great size for 2-3 boys with gear. Now the bad. We set it up which, there are no color coded poles. The main poles are very long so, you have to be careful not to hit things with them. We wanted to test the waterproofness so, we sprayed it with the hose. We were excited as you could see the water bead off but unfortunately, quite a bit of water came in through the seem that runs across the middle of the tent including seems at the windows. Water came in on the seem where the pole clips are sewn to the tent. We only had the hose on it for about 5 mins and we were about 10 feet away with the shower setting. Very disappointing because the box brags about "DrySafe" which, "Provides superior rain protection" I bought the tent because iI wanted to give my son the best shot at staying dry on campouts. Rated 5 out of 5 by Quick and Easy Set-up! Great tent! Camped in it this weekend in the Allegheny National Forest in Pennsylvania. The weather was great so I can't speak to it's waterproof-ness but it was easy and quick to set-up. All the pieces were there and in working order. My husband and I put it up in about 1/2 an hour. We had enough room for two good sized twin air mattresses and a small dog crate (for a Shih Tzu) with a little extra space for duffel bag. It says it's a 5-person tent but that would have to be 5 small people without air mattresses. You could fit 3 twin air mattresses in there at most. The windows are nice and big and there is an extra door in the back which doubles as an extra window so there is plenty of ventilation. We left the windows open most of the evening before we went to bed and then partially open overnight and we didn't get that condensation inside and everything stayed nice and dry without that damp feeling. I think we will get many more years of camping enjoyment out of this tent. August 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by You'll be wet Bought this tent with good expectations, but unfortunately received poor results. First day had new tent up received moderate rain, thankfully before hand I moved my kids electronics into back of car, cause after about one hour I had puddles in tent and wet gear. Water dripping in through the seams and soaking through tent sides. Would not recommend this product July 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by simple and easy to put up Very nice and simple to put up. Lots of space. Plenty of windows. We have enjoyed it on our weekends. July 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great design, good weatherproofing. The overall tents interior design dimensions are great, but the a small amount of condensation does form in gear pockets during the rain. June 4, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Leaks EVERYWHERE! I camp often and have to say this is by far the worst tent in existence. After two days of raining camping in Ohio, everything was soaked and I took this back immediately. It wasn't just the seams that leaked. The water dripped through the fabric sides. I've never seen anything like it. My husband and I were up in the middle of the night with towels trying to dry the puddles. This terrible tent really ruined our family camping weekend. Please don't buy it. May 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Roomy tent Love the ventilation! Difficult for one person to put up, but take down was easy! Lots of room! May 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Nice Tent, Poor Front Zipper Since this tent has the same material specs as Eureka Sunrise at a much lower price I had high expectations. Set it up - went up easily, workmanship looked ok. Only problem - front zipper immediately jammed (caught the fabric rain guard). Barely able to get it free. Tried it again, jammed even worse. Zipper stripped when I unjammed it. This is not an uncommon problem with tents with small zippers, which this one has. Maybe if you open and closed with two hands carefully you would be ok. But that is not happening in the middle of the night. Thumbs down and this was returned. April 18, 2014
