This is a great product! Love the weight of it. Was easy to hang. The bolt holding the bag should be smith all the way to the end though. Causes some piping noises when the clip goes over the grooves. But other than that I love it! December 10, 2014
Seems to be a good bag I haven't had this bag for a long time, but I plan on testing its limits! It was easy to hang, I like the rotation of it. I would recommend getting a tether for the bottom, it really does move a lot! I definitely like it! October 16, 2014
Bought this for my son, and he LOVES IT! He is small, but mighty and he whoops on this heavy bag every day. I got this one vs. the shorter/wider one so he can kick it too (again, he's little...3 years old). I hit it upon occasion as well, and it holds up to my 300lb swings too. Great buy for a light weight bag. May 28, 2014
nice sturdy bag awesome workout on this bag... This bag is just the right fit for me and it serves its purpose well for boxing and kick boxing. May 15, 2014
Great stress relief This is great for stress relief and does get your heart rate up. After 10 hours of a stressful day, 20 minutes using the bag makes it all go away. Definitely better than medication. Suggest you make sure you have at least 140 pounds of free weights to "hold down" the bag stand. May 6, 2014
