Awesome This product is awesome. Easy to set up. Smooth running machine! November 19, 2014
Assembly! The assembly instructions are very poorly written; allow 1-2 hours to complete. Otherwise, first run on the machine was fine. The fan is a nice feature. November 16, 2014
Seems solid but squeaky right out of the box This is our first treadmill purchase for our home, and I am not sure how I feel about it so far. When assembling the treadmill, I was very hopeful and confident that I made the right purchase as the pieces were heavy, solid and sturdy. However once I hopped on, the squeaking started right away. We've had it for one week and I've put 10 miles on it, but the squeaking continues. I am thinking I'll need to contact customer service, and I hopeful there is a simple solution. November 10, 2014
gettin' my walk on So far I am happy with this product. Delivery (free) was great; however when my husband opened the box we found two sheared off bolts - we have not identified where (if at all) they belong on this treadmill - nothing appears broken. He also said it was one of the hardest things he has put together because of poorly labeled parts, poor illustrations and poor directions. We did manage to get it together with two people in an hours time. All that aside, I am happy with the treadmill. It is quiet, sturdy, gets up to speed quickly, and speakers are great. My negative: when I slow down I have to plan ahead ...Sometimes I need to slow down quickly because of fatigue and the machine takes longer than gym machines to slow down. Fan also doesn't blow much air and isn't greatly position for a short person. Looking forward to a warm winter of walking/jogging/running. November 5, 2014
Solid So Far Solid treadmill so far. Installation was fairly simple. October 22, 2014
2 years with no problems My wife and I have used this treadmill for almost 2 years and we have no problems. Noise was an issue with other treadmills, but this is quiet and movement of the belt is smooth as the speed changes. You can control the speed and incline from the handrails or the console panel. I oil the deck under the belt occasionally and there is no slippage of the belt. A really great treadmill for the money. I gave the delivery guys 50.00 and they set it up in about an hour. It may have taken me a day so it was worth the money. September 30, 2014
Used once - love it so far We just received this three days ago. So far the product is great and quite sturdy. Regarding delivery and setup: This product is very heavy and will take two strong men to bring it to your location within the house, even after removing it from the box. It was relatively easy to set up so if you can do this yourself, don't pay a $200 setup fee. I used the setup manual (which isn't good regarding left and right side parts) and a You Tube video that I found - this combo is all you need for setup instructions. Setup took under an hour. DON'T BUY!!!! I purchased the Sole F63 yesterday at Dick's. I brought it home myself and paid a moving company 400.00, (they have a minium charge!) to move it in the house and put it upstairs to where I would be using it. Got it all put together, not ready bad to do even with horrible directions. And guess what?!!!! it turns on and makes a humming sound and that's it! nothing works, what a piece of garbage. I tried calling sole but of couse they are closed til Monday and it's to big and heavy to pack up and take back to Dick's. But in the morning I'll be calling Dick's to pick up this junk! I'am so upset, what a waste of my time messing with this. September 26, 2014
Overall a nice piece of equipment but... I got this treadmill for Christmas....the product catalogue was wrapped under the tree...it was delivered around New Years, perfect timing. It is a solid piece of equipment, very stable and while running, there is no pounding noise from your feet striking the deck. No rattling, the shock is absorbed well. The fan is quiet. I love all the incline and speed options as well as the display of your miles, calories etc. Sometimes I walk at an incline, other times I run at a faster pace, I like to mix it up....so this is what I am getting at. The treadmill gets 45 minutes a day maybe 4 or 5 days a week. I lubed the deck and the belt as directed (difficult to slide your hand between the belt and deck while squeezing a slippery tube of lube, nevertheless less got the job done). About 6-8 weeks of use later, the front roller began to squeak mercilessly. It was very torturous. I checked for dust or debris underneath even though I vacuum frequently. Still, it squeaked. They sent out a wonderful tech to the house and he replaced that roller free of charge. Great for another 3 months, until the exact same squeaking started to happen again. It frankly makes the experience very unpleasant. I don't know if this is to be expected, but it is frustrating. I wish there was a way for me to open the front end up and lube directly on the roller itself, because it doesn't sound like the squeak is from the belt making contact. It is the roller itself. The bummer? You can only purchase a special kind of lube from Dicks or the internet. September 15, 2014
Mostly great This is a solid treadmill with excellent shock absorption. I get pretty bad shin pains on the road or on cheap treadmills, but the F63 works as well as any health club treadmill for me. It's got a nice long running deck and more speed and angle than I will ever use. Assembly wasn't difficult at all. It squeaks a bit, the fans are pretty weak and have only one speed, and the belt takes quite a long time to speed up or slow down - which can be annoying when trying to change between a fast walk and jogging cadence and back. Otherwise I have no issues after a few weeks of ownership and daily use. September 14, 2014
