Customer Reviews:

Rated 5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by waterproof These are actually waterproof. With the IPX7 rating they can survive a dunk in water down to 9 feet for 30 min. I have used these many times in the past three years for channel and pond surveying. I have dropped them on the road, in the water and dragged them through the brush. They will take the punishment and have a good mic. and speaker. The Midland "waterproof" radios (all under the IPX7 rating) have all stopped working during the heavy Oregon rain. They are just not made to keep water out. November 7, 2013
