I have large feet; men?s 14, and I prefer a wide when available. I tried on seven or eight pair of shoes from different brands, in the store, before deciding on the Brooks Glycerin 11. This shoe is a perfect fit for my foot and the cushioning it provides has so far saved me from aching feet after my runs. I absolutely recommend this shoe to everyone. At least, try it on and see how it fits your foot.
I had gift cards that had to be used online or I would have purchased from the store. The salesmen were terriffic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Guy from Los Angeles Excellent Neutral Running Shoe from Brooks!
This is for neutral runners, or runners who wear orthotics (as I do, because I'm an overpronator). It's simply a wonderful traditional running shoe with a ton of cushioning and an excellent upper. I recently wore this shoe for a two-week trip to Europe where I walked about 100 miles. I had absolutely no foot pain at any point in the trip, and the shoes still look brand-new. My only complaint is that the toe box could be a bit wider. (I do an alternative lacing style that lets my toes splay out a bit more)
All in all, it's basically a great neutral running shoe, and the blue/grey color (only available at Dick's) looks fantastic. I'm not a huge fan of fluorescent colors or a ton of white, so this colorway was perfect.
They fit true to size, and Brooks quality is second to none. I alternate running in these with my trusty Adrenalines and Trances from Brooks due to my overpronation, but I will definitely work this new pair of Glycerins into the rotation more often.

I have always and will always be a fan of Brooks. I ordered these Glycerins online and thought I knew what I was getting. Be aware that the orange is a bright, blaze orange. Didn't know that. Pic is a bit deceptive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NS Great for 13.1 runners
I am an avid runner who puts in about 25 miles a week. Great ride on the road with plenty of cushion and a light weight feel. This is a nuetral shoe for the neutral runner or for those that might supinate like me. Light weight but durable upper material. The drop is normal compared to most. Very comfortable without losing the feel of the road. My only criticism is I wish there was just a little more pad on the very back heal for a heavier heal strike; and if the very top of the padding went a little higher on the Achilles. Otherwise great shoe for putting in some serious miles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Frank 36 Excellent fitting shoe that is worth its price!
I tried the shoe in the store to get a personal feel for the shoe. I was hesitate about buying the shoe at that moment due to its high price and never owning a Brooks shoe. But I thought about great the feel and comfort of this shoe and decided it was well worth the high price. I purchased a pair on line the next day and am very happy I did. I use it primary for walking and shopping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WOW Best shoe I have owned
I have worn Saucony, Asics, Nike, K-Swiss, Puma, and more. This has been the best shoe running shoe I have owned by far. I only have 25 miles on them, but it has been the best 25 miles and I am already considering picking up another pair. Worth every penny!
