great for big guys I have a chair similar to this I bought probably 6 years ago and they haven't changed it. I'm about to buy another since the one I have has had some hard use, but still in great working order. Ruth the money considering I would have bought who knows how many of the cheaper ones over the years. August 21, 2014
Good frame work, cheep plastic parts Bought this last fall, just before snow flew, for my husband, chair is comfortable and easy to set up. Starting using it this spring, we were at a family reunion and the chair popped. One of the plastic tunnels that holds the steel frame in place let go.Our 81 year old 145 lb uncle was sitting in it when it happened, I am just glad he didn't hit the ground, No one weighing the 400 lbs this chair boasts has ever sat in this chair, so the chair didn't even hold up to 290 lbs. We will be taking this chair back, I hope Dicks stands behind the products it sells. August 21, 2014
Not as comfortable Love the look and apparent durability but the edge of the chair cut into the back of my husband's legs when sitting. We'll be returning it. December 26, 2013
50 yard line seat I've followed my grandsons' baseball games since T-ball 11 years ago and have gone through quite a few chairs each with what I thought, at the time, was a good deal. I paid more for this chair than any other two combined, but I've made the right choice. A friend had one like this and I loved the strength, stability and styling. Ordered this one and truly love it. You pay a bit more for a 50 yard line seat, but it's usually worth the extra, isn't it? September 19, 2013
