Rated 5 out of 5 by Sea to Summit Alpha Set Utensils I enjoyed having this utensil set on a recent camping trip. They are super light and are kept together with a mini carabiner. I prefer separate utensils as opposed to the spork ones. April 22, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Light weight take anywhere The Sea to Summit Alpha Utensils are very light weight and packable for whatever your needs for them are. I use mine in my lunch box for work. They are very durable, easy to clean. They are a perfect size and shape for all your eating needs. It comes with a carabiner to hold them together. They are also great to through in your day pack for a hike or picnic, or maybe just keep them in your car for a just in case need. February 26, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by As advertised Overall Impression: These are light weight utensils, seemingly durable in function and something I purchased for near daily use at work as well as the weekend warrior application. They are convenient and user friendly however they are not indestructible by any means. Not As Durable As I Thought: The one I plucked off the rack, as I noticed later, had a slight bend to the handle of the knife. No big deal and I just bent it back to near straight again. This was a little surprising even though I am not sure what I was truly expecting out of aluminum eatery. Interesting User Observation: The utensils are anodized, similar to other metal cookware (pots, pans, etc). However as this is the surface that your put in your mouth there is a texture that inadvertently gives the user the impression that they are leaving some food on the spoon or fork as they remove it from their mouth. It fails to give the "clean" feeling. This is not a total deal breaker but it is going to make me take a closer look to the titanium utensils that have polished portions that would avoid this issue. The added bonus is that they are also titanium (strength and light weight). February 18, 2014
