Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 112 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Does it except poor decline The decline might as well be non-existent. It is so slight that it doesn't really do anything. April 14, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Overall solid bench Good cushion material should last quite a while and doesn't compact when sat on so that is worth the money. The lockup for adjusting the back and seat is solid and very easy to use. When the back is inclined and the seat adjusted up to keep you from sliding off, the seat is a little wide and is slightly uncomfortable hitting your inner leg and also a bit high off the ground for a 35" inseam, it should break in with more use and the cushion edges wear down some, price to pay for good foam, it's a bit rigid. Works excellent for all manner of dumbbell work. The space between the back and seat cushion when both are flat is just a little too wide but the overall setup is long enough for a tall guy so I'm happy with it. April 12, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by This is a great, sturdy product This is a great bench, assembly was very easy. It easily transisions from flat bench to incline to a full 90 degree upright position with great support. It moves around easily with the wheels on one end and the handle on the other. This bench feels very strong and stable. I highly recommend this product. My wife and I have a gym in the garage and we love the new bench. April 10, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solidly built and Easy to assemble This is not my first FITNESS GEAR store branded item. I also own Fitness Gear branded rubber hex dumbbells and several benches. My old plain flat bench (non-incline) will now go to my daughter and her husband. Went to Dick's and checked out ALL of their benches -- they had a good selection in stock. For me this model had the best combination of price, construction and meeting my specific needs. This bench was packed EXTREMELY WELL in an ultra-sturdy, re-usable thick cardboard box. Unpacking was ultra easy and assembly was relatively quick, even for someone like me (2 left thumbs#. 100% of the parts #nuts and bolts# were present and accounted for, and the instructions were written in good, understandable English. Once assembled the unit feels solid and looks very attractive in our finished basement home gym. The only minor quibble is that 2 of the bolts were supposed to be hex head bolts, but instead mine had round heads with a recessed Star pattern #"Torx") in the head. Fortunately I had just recently purchased a muti-set of these screwdrivers at Walmart. Otherwise I would have been muttering under my breath about having to make a special run to the hardware store. As another reviewer noted, the screwdriver should have been provided, or the Hex Head design should have been retained. Still rate this a 5-star product. Thank you to the product design team at Dick's Sporting Goods who keep designing excellent home gym equipment for us. April 9, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bench, matches perfect with the Fitness Gear Half Rack Great product with adjustable range to do a number of different exercises. It is on the small side as others have mentioned, but not a show stopper unless you are over 6' I would imagine. Go try it in the store if you want to be certain... April 6, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good product! I bought this bench about 2 weeks ago. I`m somehow satisfied with my purchase and try to use the bench daily. The only negative I have to mention is the smell of the pad. I put the bench outside for a few hours but the smell didn't fade away. March 31, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Really awesome for the money Really sturdy, for the price you cant complaint. For my personal use has become a really good aset and real easy to adjust. Love it, great quality, affordable and perfect for home use. March 25, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid four Fyi, I'm 6'4", 225 lb. Bench is almost perfect so far (2 weeks in). Light and easy to move, but still very sturdy. Great padding. Great having incline option. Seat is good, but would be better if it allowed you to tilt up just one more notch. That would provide better back support and ensure your form was correct. March 12, 2015
