Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for what it is Solid construction, great adjustability. Some reviews have complaints about incline and decline. A single rack won't give you that level of adjustment. I can still get a decent angle for declines (bottom of seat adjusts up, while back part adjusts down). I use dumbbells for inclines. There may be a way of using the protection bars to hold the bar if you want, but I haven't tried it. For what it is, a great product. If you need more adjustability, consider stepping up to a half or full rack. For $250, this product had no problem with 500 plus pounds being slammed around. The protection bar adjusted perfectly for the times I don't have a spotter. The bar just touches my chest, but I was able to slide out from under the weight when I over do it. September 15, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love it! I like how it doubles as a squat rack. I also like the fact that I can lift without a spotter due to the long adjustable stops. The bench has a sturdy construction. September 14, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good deal. Assembled easily. I'm a very heavy guy and the bench and rack have been solid!! September 13, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by No incline benching This product is fine for flat benching but the seat isn't back far enough for incline benching. Once you raise the seat, you are too far up and the bar is way behind your head. Try to incline bench press on this machine and you're guaranteed a shoulder injury. September 13, 2016
