I've been working out for many years. This product is awesome and here's why; it has a vet sturdy frame very closely resembling gym quality, it provides multiple functions, and it provided safety spots. Let me elaborate on why these three elements are super important. The sturdy quality allows for a sturdy frame. You can bench 315 without a sweat. Most of you guys will probably get to 315 for a max, so it completely exceeds any weight capacity. It can hold a tremendous amount if weight (like 650). Next is the multiple functions. The bar holder can be switched from facing to the front or to the back. This allows for squats, but can also be mini pulsates for dead lifts, bent over rows, and other barbell workouts. Next is the safety spots. It allows for you to bench or even squat and can provide An emergency spot. This is essential for a home gym setup. All in all this is a solid item. For a price that's too cheap. If they jacked it up another hundred bucks it'll still be worth the price,

I purchased the bench afew weeks ago. Very easy to assemble, just need a socket and adjustable wrench. Solid and sturdy, like my new addition. Would definately recommend this bench. The staff was excellent as well, love this store.

I am happy with this. It was just a little more money than the cheaper model but it is gym quality compared to the next one down. Very happy. I am looking like Dwayne the rock Johnson

I couldn't be happier with this bench. It is a very solid bench even with a good amount of weight on it. it's perfect for doing squats and the safety bars have come in handy when trying to do to much weight on bench press by myself. This bench proves you don't have to spend thousands to get a quality piece of gym equipment in your home

If your objective is to get a great bench for upper body lifting only, this is the bench to get. Be aware that there is no leg curl mechanism. The bench has lower arms to protect you when lifting larger weights. It also has a well made bench that has adjustments on both pads. This bench is very sturdy. No wobble at all. I also bought the 300 pound Fitness Gear Olympic weight set to use with it. Perfect. All for less than $500.

Very sturdy for what I lift (under 315lb range). Overall, I would recommend for the at home lifter who isn't going into power lifting. If you're a big guy/gal and going to be squatting more than that 315lb, you may want to get the full rack.

I have a personal training studio and some clients were asking me for a bench press so without braking the bank I was able to buy this bench and everybody loves it. P.s. I'm getting ready to buy a 2nd one.
