Customer Reviews:

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great bench with some limits in function I'm only giving this a 4/5 stars as it doesn't incline but I knew that when I bought it so perhaps I'm being harsh. I really bought it as a "Poor Man's" spider curl bench and it works like a champ. Solid, stable and easy to assemble. "Real" spider curl benches cost $400 or more. Have only been using for a week. No missing parts. Everything lined up. Considered rating it a 5 in all fairness 'cuz I knew the limitations when I bought it. October 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fits My Needs It's sturdy, comfortable, and easy to assemble. It's a simple machine that performs well. September 30, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Priced right It took 40 minutes to put together, much better bench than the one I purchased from DICKS 10 yrs. ago. Dicks needs to build MORE aCCESSORIES BARS AND HANDLES. Such as different type lat pull downs bars and V handles for low cable rows. July 22, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stable but Limited Decent bench, seems sturdy. Down side is you can't do any incline work. If your looking to work your chest or shoulders look elsewhere. July 7, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by What I Expected Got this bench because I need something to use with my free weights and I liked that you could do sit ups or some ab exercises on it. It does basically what I was looking for. Only declines which I was fine with. It holds up for sit ups and me with my weights no problem. It is a bit slanted to the right, but i just put extra cushioning underneath on the right to even it out. Not sure if it was the bench or it happened when I installed it. All in all for the price of this bench compared to others that were more expensive and did not have the ab add on, I think it's a good deal for what it is. April 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Perfect for the price. Wish it had incline too but still can't go wrong February 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Bench I like this product although I didn't realize when I purchased it that it only lays flat or declines it does not incline. January 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bench I bought this bench for my home garage gym and it exceeded my expectations. Great bench for a great price. January 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Solid bench I am 6' tall and 220 lbs. The bench is very solid and stable. The length is great but I wish it were a little wider. Very versatile for flat, incline or decline exercises. January 8, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Disappointed This bench is too narrow and the center of gravity is too high. You increse the decline angle by raising the bench even higher. Some slack in the adjustment mechanism makes the bench feel unstable, especially if doing any side to side movement such as twisting during crunches. This is NOT a gym quality bench; as I was tightening the bolts while putting it together, I was bending the square metal frame (feet) I was attaching. For the money, I think the construction of the bench is fine, but not the design. Overall it just feels too unstable. I bought it online; had I been able to try it first, I wouldn't have bought it.
