For the price, this is a very high-quality bench. It is quite flexible allowing you to use it in a full upright position, two incline positions, a flat position, and a decline position. It is quite sturdy construction and seems like it will hold up to some abuse. It is very lightweight and is easy to pick up and move around. This is a double-edged sword though. Because it is so lightweight, it can be a bit wobbly for some exercises, especially on a carpeted surface.

One of the screws to hold the back of the bench to the fram will not in gage the helicoil because there are no threads.

Biggest complaint The front support is a smaller than the back supprt making it slightly wobbly, however not bad enough to ruin a workout. Best feature it gives 90 degree back support and also incline and strait bench ideal as a starter home gym setup for using dumbells (hand weights). I was able to assemble myself however much easier with two people. Bench is ideal for just about any budget gym for male or female.

Not a very stable bench, can tip over. But fine once your full weight is laying down on it. Good price. Good equipment for your home if you are trying to save money.

After the 30 minutes of putting the thing together which I did by myself I noticed that where I had tightened the legs on that It had started to buckle, I guess I didn't know my own strength. The whole thing went together pretty easy, with just an adjustable wrench.Havent had chance to work out on it except to check the stability, in the up right position it is a little wobbly, also when using the leg bar to do sit ups I noticed that my butt ends up right I between both the seat and bench, I can see this being very uncomfortableFor the price I guess it's ok

This product wasn't in the store so they shipped to my house. After two weeks it finally arrived without the assembly instructions. Those are also being mailed and I'm waiting on them as I write this review.Buy one already put together.

After assembly I lay on the bench to see how it felt and it seemed great. I turned to the side as I sat up and the bench tipped and fell sideways with it and me crashing to the floor. I believe the "three point" legs are not mathematically designed properly causing this bench to tip too easily. The bench was returned the next day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dearborn Konkrete Does what you need it to do
The bench is made for the person looking to tone or simply stay in shape. Not designed for the heavy lifter. The bench is solid however, the front has a small tab at the bottom which reduces stability. If you control your base and use proper form, you will see that this bench does what you need it to do.

The material seems pretty durable and the assembly was quick and easy. However, this is the most unstable bench I've ever (tried to) use. Unless you are planning on sitting right in the middle of it and not lifting, this was very poorly designed. The rear support arms are not long enough so as soon as you shift or put your weight to one side of the bench, it tilts over. There wasn't one on the floor to try out before buying it so I'm taking it back and going to try the ones they have out first.
