Rated 3.2 out of 5 by 14 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by OK product Comes with the wrong size bolts, subsequently making the bench extremely wobbly; you'll need to go out and get your own bolts at a hardware store. The leg attachment is completely useless, as it serves absolutely no purpose due to its looseness. Notwithstanding, it gets the job done. October 20, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product for the price Some previous reviews mention how the bench can be unstable, and wobbly, and this just isn't true. As long as you use two wrenches to make sure all bolts are very secure, it is just like a bench at the health clubs. I say this because the directions does not mention that you need to use two wrenches at the same time to make the bolts secure during assembly, but if you know anything about tools it is common sense. That all being said, the product does exactly what it says, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bench. I also have a squat rack, so I just wheel it under the rack, and use it as a bench press or incline press with a barbell. Been lifting over 200 on it ( so I can't comment on lifting extremely heavy weights) and no problems at all, I love it. I took one mark off for quality just because it is a budget conscious bench, and there are very high quality benches on the market, but for much more $$. September 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great buy It is a nice bench. It is very sturdy.I got it to compliment my flat bench. It is a great buy. You can even use it for declines April 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great value For the price, this is a very high-quality bench. It is quite flexible allowing you to use it in a full upright position, two incline positions, a flat position, and a decline position. It is quite sturdy construction and seems like it will hold up to some abuse. It is very lightweight and is easy to pick up and move around. This is a double-edged sword though. Because it is so lightweight, it can be a bit wobbly for some exercises, especially on a carpeted surface. February 27, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love simplicity of product. One of the screws to hold the back of the bench to the fram will not in gage the helicoil because there are no threads. February 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Biggest complaint The front support is a smaller than the back supprt making it slightly wobbly, however not bad enough to ruin a workout. Best feature it gives 90 degree back support and also incline and strait bench ideal as a starter home gym setup for using dumbells (hand weights). I was able to assemble myself however much easier with two people. Bench is ideal for just about any budget gym for male or female. February 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Average Bench Not a very stable bench, can tip over. But fine once your full weight is laying down on it. Good price. Good equipment for your home if you are trying to save money. January 22, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Does the job After the 30 minutes of putting the thing together which I did by myself I noticed that where I had tightened the legs on that It had started to buckle, I guess I didn't know my own strength. The whole thing went together pretty easy, with just an adjustable wrench.Havent had chance to work out on it except to check the stability, in the up right position it is a little wobbly, also when using the leg bar to do sit ups I noticed that my butt ends up right I between both the seat and bench, I can see this being very uncomfortableFor the price I guess it's ok January 20, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Frustrating This product wasn't in the store so they shipped to my house. After two weeks it finally arrived without the assembly instructions. Those are also being mailed and I'm waiting on them as I write this review.Buy one already put together. January 14, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Design Problem After assembly I lay on the bench to see how it felt and it seemed great. I turned to the side as I sat up and the bench tipped and fell sideways with it and me crashing to the floor. I believe the "three point" legs are not mathematically designed properly causing this bench to tip too easily. The bench was returned the next day. January 7, 2014
