Rated 5 out of 5 by Wilson A800 Great glove easy to break in just a little soft on the fingers other than that no complaints May 17, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by great glove we bought this glove for our teen age son...so far he likes it alot! May 12, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great but needs new laces Cought a liner on second and ripped a lace. Got it relaced and now it's perfect. Needs more pad on the fingers May 8, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Slightly Disappointed This glove is attractive because it is marketed as ready to play and the price is reasonable compared to the upper end A2000. I purchased this glove for my seven year old son to play travel ball. The description of the glove seemed to be just what he needed. The glove lives up to it's description of being soft and pliable. The complaint that I have is that the leather is pulling out of the fingers inside the glove. My son's hand may be slightly small but the leather seems to be fitted a bit loosely on the inside of the glove and is rolling up around the palm area. This is causing a bit of discomfort when using the glove. May 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good glove for the money All leather, very comfortable fit. Very easy to break in. April 15, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fit Perfect My first glove at the age of 7 was a Wilson brand gloves and this one is ot the difference even that it is not for me to use but for my daughter I helped her to pick thisone because itis very confortable and the quality speak for itself. April 8, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by This glove is a great value The Wilson A800 is, for the money, a great value. For under $80 you get a named brand baseball glove that is well put together and ready to be used right away. There is little break in time as the leather is very soft. Its also very comfortable to use. I looked at all the gloves Dick's had and for the price range I couldn't find a better glove. Of course, there are better gloves on the market but they also cost much more. If you're looking for an inexpensive glove that is still well made this is the glove for you. I sure am enjoying it. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great glove, Wilson has the right glove formula and Dick's improved on it. I grew up playing little league and neighborhood ball; and still have great memories of playing catch with my dad when he got home from work. I don't even remember what brand of glove I had, probably a Rawlings. Well that glove is long gone and I have children of my own, two daughters. Now I want to play catch with them so I did some research and settled on the A800 after going to Dick's intending to purchase a Rawlings on sale. The glove offered everything I wanted, all position size (11.75), web configuration I wanted (single post only available at Dick's in this size), Optima is Dick's exclusive. I called Wilson to ask what the Optima was because non-Dick's A800s say "SoftFit" not "Optima". Worked nice right off the rack, not to soft, great pocket, watched the "Aso" (Wilson's glove guru) video from Wilson on breaking in and decided to open up and form by hand and playing catch, no water, no steam. Used some "Glovolium" to help with break in. Very happy with the choice, if money was unlimited probably would have gone with the Pro Soft Yak, or Mizuno MVP prime GMVP. March 11, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Wilson A800 Nice glove if you cannot afford a pro series glove. Big enough pocket for outfielders but small enough to make good plays in the infield and make good transitions. I like how easy it was to break in. Very nice leather. March 7, 2015
