Rated 4 out of 5 by 23 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Easy to set up and move for mowing Convenient light weight and durable. Great for the backyard September 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Product Save One Small Problem This is a good portable soccer goal. It is easy to set up and breakdown. I use the goal frequently for goalkeeper training with my sons. We are able to shoot on net and also use it as an obstacle to clear balls over on goal kicks. The only problem that I've experienced with the net is that the push down knob on the bottom left hinge will not fully engage. This currently isn't a huge issue because the tension in the rods keep the goal frame shape but could potentially become a long term problem if/when the rods are no longer able to maintain that tension. I would buy the product again despite this one issue hence the good but not excellent rating. September 9, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Clips for the base were broken 2 Clips that hold the base in position were broken and I have to rig them to lock in. The goal its self is well made but little pieces that hold it together are very hooky!!! Nothing is made all the way good anymore. Probably the last time I buy anything online very disappointed September 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by very nice It was relatively easy to set-up and seems to be of high quality. My 10 year-old really enjoys it. September 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by broke within 130 days the back slot the poles slide into busted. Not able to use the net and was not able to return. Dicks has a 90 return policy and purchased it 130 days ago. waste of money August 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great goal!! We bought this for our local park program "World Cup" that we have been doing for 4 years now. The kids wanted big goals(not the small 3v3 pug goals). We played 19 games in 5 days in our tourney and also used them a couple of times for practice the week before. The kids loved them and they stood up to all the abuse that the kids put them thru. Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome goal! This goal is very portable and can b set up in about 5 min or less. It's very sturdy, but bc of this is quite heavy. I would recommend transporting this in a car even if you r going to a place that's close enough to walk to. Otherwise, this is a great product I would highly recommend! August 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good value for the price. We were really surprised at how easy this goal was to set up. Our biggest hold-up was the netting. It was all tangled up. Once we got that mess untangled it was a breeze! Everything snapped into place easily. It's sturdy and can handle our 12 yr old's kick. We've purchased quite a few goals and he's sent balls through other goals' nets....or the whole thing fell over! Not now. This goal can handle it. I'd strongly endorse this goal for parents or coaches of kids on soccer teams. August 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for the backyard Easy to set up, relatively sturdy, provides for hours of entertainment July 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great net Just a follow up to most of the issues for all the problems I have been reading. Still only giving 4 instead of 5 but would have given 4.5. We all can agree that the price is great versus paying on average over $300 dollars for the same size for a bownet. Here are the fixes for the flaws that Primed has but are easy fixes. 1) Sagging nets I can guarantee most people have not been extending the bottom rear support bar all the way. You will know if its fully extend when the locking button pops up. If you don't see it, it's probably because the cover is covering it. Go to youtube or the bownet website and you can see how to set it up. It is the exact setup. 2) locking buttons, I'm sure most people have notice that it doesn't lock that solid. I mean most because I bought 4 of these nets and had to do the same fix. With a small metal filer make the holes a little bit bigger until the locking button fuly comes out and always locking in place 100%. Pull the bars quick to test it, if it slips out all the way you need to make the holes bigger. 3) Last defect are the bottom rubber support stands. Over time they will become loose and you may lose them. Remove the screws from the bottom install a small washer inside the rubber piece. Place the screw through but also add loctite to the screw because they do not add enough in the first place. This will resolve this future problem. To fix all these small issues will cost you at most $8 getting a small metal filer, small bottle of loctite and small washers. Over all you are still saving over $150 per goal. Don't forget to look at youtube or bownet website on how to set up the net. Set it up and take it down exactly. July 16, 2014
