Incredible peace! The Training mask, makes your workout even harder. I have used it and ma'am does it work. You breathe harder but the results are worth it. If your a runner like myself and want more intensity on your training...THIS WILL DO! March 13, 2015
Immediate impact in cardio training I'm not using this to train for altitude. I'm using it to train. Period. Immediately, my workout was harder, more tiring, and more sweat-soaked. The mask allowed me to reduce punishment on my shins yet keep the intensity and hard rate of a full impact run. I will be using this thing for a long time. I went with the weight recommended size and it fits great. No unnecessary movement. March 12, 2015
Absolutly love it!!! I love the mask. My endurance has improved alot, it shows in field drills and while running. Great tool for any athlete. March 6, 2015
Works good. Sizing can be troublesome Finding the correct fit is the hardest part for more reasons then 1 March 5, 2015
Intense but it works The mask definitely helped with my cardio and breathing when I train and spar during my Mma classes March 4, 2015
Great Product really helps with your breathing It took some time getting use to at first, but now I'm use to it. Help my breathing very very much great product would recommend March 4, 2015
Great. I'm getting real tired of people giving this one star and talking bad about it because soandso said "well uhhh it doesn't work so derp derp" even though they never tried it. The mask does not simulate training (I personally would have called the mask something else) at a higher elevation however the mask does work to increase athletic performance by forcing your body to better utilize oxygen. As your body adapts to less and less oxygen, your performance without the mask increases. To the doubters of this product, I challenge you to exercise for 2 weeks while restricting your breathing (can be done by wearing a ski mask, balaclava, etc) and then seeing what type of performance gains you got after that 2 week period. The less oxygen you're taking in and the harder you have to work for it, the better your body will adapt. I knocked off 1 star because the sizing chart of off. I'll be exchanging mine for a large because the medium is just way too tight and it crushes the bridge of my nose. February 24, 2015
pretty good pretty cool. haven't had it for too long to see a big difference. but definitely adds a degree of difficulty to your workouts February 16, 2015
This is a great training product. I love it. I highly recommend this product for any athletes that train hard. February 11, 2015
Worth a try if you are in a workout slump or plateau I have used this while on the treadmill and noticed my ability to run when I am not using it has become easier. I am only on the 9,000 ft Elevation setting but I am sure I will max out at some point as I like to continually challenge myself. This CANNOT replicate the thin air as experienced with high altitude training however IT CAN replicate how your lungs have to work harder for more oxygen. I hit a plateau in my training and found this to help add a challenge and cause me to work harder to break through my static results. As far as fit it is wise to go by the weight suggestions for size. I am 210 lbs. but have a larger head so I originally went one size up but had to return it for the size they recommended.
