Rated 5 out of 5 by Awsomesauce i bought this for my son and he loves it. There is a great grip, its light, and it has a lot of pop. December 27, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Worth the money Bought this for my 9 year old. He likes the lightweight and the pop on the ball. The sting guard works. The only issue I see is that all his friends want to use it too. September 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 2-Piece Bat In transitioning to the next level of little league (where hard balls are used vs. Level 5 baseballs), the 2-piece bat is the way to go. Not only does it give my son more "pop", but it also reduces the amount of vibration felt by the batter when the ball is hit incorrectly. This gives players more confidence to be aggressive with their swing without having to worry if their hands will hurt or not. Great "technology" for today's youth. February 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great bat i got this bat a little while ago and have been using it once its broken in it has humongous pop i recommend it for 9-10-11 year olds great bat April 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Go Wahoo's!!! Easton S600C Youth Bat 2014 (-12) so far so good at a great price This seems to be an exceptional bat thus far but I should clarify it was purchased for my 7 year old that is starting his 4th year of Little League play. Basically, 7 year old players do not hit the ball all that hard so this is not an endorsement of the bats structural integrity. I can say that he loves the bat, it feels good to me as I hit balls to him to field and he seems to get a more solid hit on the ball than with his previous Easton bat that he also loved. I would have never spent $150.00 (suggested retail) on any bat for a 7 year old but this one was reduced from $150.00 to $100.00 and there was a very, very limited selection of 28 inch bats at Dick's on this particular day (several days before the start of Little League play) so certainly understandable. Long story short it seems that we will get our money's worth. Easton makes wonderful bats and this one was a hit with my son. Our players share bats so it should get good use. Just before submitting this my 7 year old demanded that I upgrade to 5 stars from my 4 star rating. He justified this indicating that the bat feels very solid and that it seems to resist scratches very well. He is the ball player, not me; so 5 stars it is!! I will say that the Dick's staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. March 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by GOOD BARGAIN WEII BALANCED BAT WITH GOOD POP. CHOSE THIS BAT BECAUSE MY SON WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH A TOP HEAVY BAT.ITS BEEN A HIT EVER SINCE. February 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great bat It is a great bat over all. You don't need to hit it on the sweet spot to hit far. It survived one babe Ruth league and it is still in great condition. July 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great bat My son was needing a new bat for youth league. This was more expensive than others, but my son absolutely LOVES this bat. He says that it does not hurt when hitting baseballs (not as bad vibrations on hands). June 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great value. Great quality so far. Bought this bat primarily to bridge the gap between the minor league's bat and the 32 inch bats we already had. He is able to swing through the zone faster with the 29 inch bat and didn't want to spend over 100 on a new bat. September 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hittin homers now! Bought this bat for my son(almost 9 yrs) for Easter. He was thoroughly upset he didn't get expensive headphones like his sisters! But I told him he could hit homers with this bat," yeah right mom". So we went outside and he was cracking them at home. He was so excited to show it off to his coach, up to bat and hitting triples and in the park homers! "You were right mom!" I avoided buying him composite due to the cost ( his irresponsibility of forgetting things at the field) and fragile nature of some. The handle is composite , he says it doesn't sting like his old bat! April 30, 2014
