Rated 4 out of 5 by THIS IS A KIT This is NOT pre-assembled. That said, the assembly instructions are pretty good. They tell you a phillips screwdriver is also needed, but also useful is a rubber mallet for some of the dowels, but I personally would rather have tight dowels than sloppy ones. It's not impossible for one person to assemble, but there are times when a second pair of hands would certainly have come in handy (pun intended). April 15, 2014
